AFF Suzuki cup finale ~

today was the finale of the AFF Suzuki Cup and it was held in the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta. as seen on tv the stadium was certainly filled with their supporters with red all over. ive heard that our players had to go in by armoured vehicles as they fear for the hostile reception of the other fans. wow that is whack! anyways, as soon as the game started, twitter was fizzed non-stop with the happenings of the game, but what irritated me the most was that the cameraman was zooming on the hot ceweks only. hey a fan of football here, NOT the ladies! cehh. 

the game started a bit slow at first but then when safee scored the first goal, it was like a sense of euphoria seeped in haha. anyhow khairul fahmi the goalie was really awesome coz he managed to cover the attacks from the other side pretty well most of the time! i was aiming at him since the first game but then of course safee had my attention back then coz he was scoring. however, fahmi really nailed it on this game. 

why? coz he managed to be the trending topic worldwide in Twitter! a malaysian footballer trending on twitter? wow. and towards the end of the game, people (especially girls) were clicking non-stop to like his fan page and what contributed to his level of awesomeness was that the indon fans in Twitter were updating their statutes which included Fahmi, saying like "Culik si Fahmi yuk, iket, karungin." and "hebat beneran kiper fahmi". and anyways, they contributed to Fahmi being trending worldwide haha. and within a few moments, the girlfriend's blog of Fahmi is being stalked worldwide (including me) and i bet she has hits bigger than the president himself!  :p 

ive read some of her entries and yeah they kinda amazed me a bit. i was lost in the stories especially those of "how they met" thingy. Elia... even though i really do admire your boyfie, i kinda thought you guys are a sweet couple though haha.

Elia! cmon and hurry up the writing of your Fifth Part!  :p

ouh and not to forget safee sali got the best scorer award (not a surprise coz he scored 5 goals  altogether). he really was our saviour. thank you safee sali for making the Malayan Tigers and Malaysia proud!  :)

okayy first and foremost i wanna apologize to fiziehaikal (coz ive stolen this pic haha. *in case he stumbles upon this blog) so i had just known this guy from twitter first, later on to formspring. hes a funny guy and all, im glad that i had the opportunity to know him coz hes a nice friend. a few days back he told me his lappie wat hal n he had to use his sister's lappie for him to on9 so thats y he couldnt on9 selalu. nvm that. just that now suddenly he disappears. haha. tibe2 xon9 da. mane laa anda wahai mr fiziehaikal? im like bored to death. *sigh

yesterday

yesterday i went to Amcorp in PJ to find meself a nice lace kebaya for the weddings next year. both are themed gold so my main reason to go there was to scour the whole mall for the perfect lace kebaya. but before that me n the mamakins went to have lunch first at secret recipe and i had this prawn macaroni topped with lots of parmesan cheese (okayy i heard ur saliva building up there haha!)

okayy actually the mom was supposed to have a lunch date with one of her friends from school (gile retro kan huhu) so while waiting for the lady to come we ate first. i was eagerly stuffing myself up with this delish marvelously-made dish (mama curik some cehh) and a few moments gone by the friend xdatang2 lagi. (later on baru she explained she was caught up washing the cat haha!) ouyeah and i was really annoyed with the waiters here coz i asked like a few times for the bill but still they kept forgetting about it! sheeshh.

later on we went round the mall and somehow i got into this one boutique and i saw this one Javanese-style lace kebaya and its in gold! i excitedly called up my mom and showed it to her. sadly she didnt quite like it. cehh so much for the euphoria. T_T

and so the kakak there handed me another kebaya (pendek) but the material is organza (i think) n the mom terus approved. heh. so got the pario attached and was trying it on while the assistant took my measurement for the kebaya to be fitted. huhu. so done for the scouring thingy. (gambar tiada lagi coz baju xamek lagi from them due to the alteration made)

oyeah! i bought a new book. The Beach by Jane Green. just started reading it but im sure its gonna be great just like another one of her book Second Chance, which i too, owned. ouhh forgot to tell ya. ive just cut my hair. did i hear a "Jyeahh!" or "aww.. i wished u wouldve kept it" ? hmm? hmm? which one is it? hahahaha. well the story was like this, my true intention really was to just get a trim. okayy so the amoi done cutting n trimming it. but then, the mom had to interfere and 'give her opinion' on that i should cut it a bit more. *sigh.

sedeyh okayy? so here it is. this was on my best day. tunggu for the worst to come. and it is actually shorter than it looks.

oyeahh another thing which bugged me helluva lot yesterday was.....a friend of mine texted me saying she wont be staying in the same room anymore coz she said she wanted some space due to the happenings around her (i understand really i do) so she wanted a single bed to begin with. for that to happen she has to move to another friend's room. i was a bit disturbed coz of that due to the fact that that will mean ive to stay alone again in a room...which i dun really like when im in sa. (its diff back home). it feels....big. lonely. solitary. damn i hate those feelings. but what to do. i guess i just have to brave the solitude. again. *sigh

weird dream.

i dunno but i think ive just had the weirdest dream ever this morning. i think i was in shah alam n there was supposed to be a huge construction going on in shah alam. it was supposed to be the tallest n biggest building ever created (as told in the dream) and what really reminded me of that dream is that someone actually told me that it is so tall that it reaches the heavens. haha.what stupid dream did i have?? couldnt i just dream of Tyler Ward proposing to me or something?? haish. 

in the middle of the dream, something bad happened to the construction, like an eruption occured that it caused like massive cracks on the roads, winds of sands and debris were all over and people were stumbling for their way out. (what drama??) funnily this was supposed to happen inside uitm grounds but then people outside the campus were also in the picture (and i meant my non-uitm friends haha). as i was struggling my way out of the ruins, they spotted me and pulled me with them. suddenly i woke up. damn. what a spoiler. hahaha.

Gone Too Soon

Okay so just now i was browsing YouTube when i stumbled upon this vid by Tyler Ward & co. They remade this song We Are The World for Haiti cause (this was b4 the official song came out, well just saying) nways from that vid i decided to watch again the original vid. you know, lionel richie, kenny rogers, diana ross, cyndi lauper (she really rawked those years!) the late MJ n a few other legends. which brings me to my main reason for this entry >> the late MJ.  you know when we are viewing a vid and there will be a few other related vids lined up at the side? being a big fan of his i clicked on every vid i could find on MJ. and yeah so vids of MJ's memorial service at the Staples Centre were practically popping up one by one. and so i basically viewed each one of them and felt a wave of sadness when i heard all those people rendering n belting out their sad words for MJ... Usher, Brooke Shields, Mariah Carey n a few more...even though it has been a year over MJ's death still saddens me. his songs have made an impact in his fans' lives and his messages that he conveyed through his lyrics and songs were powerful enough to make him a legend.

okay so one by one artist came up on the stage and said their eulogies or sang, but what touched me the most was when during the closing memorial, his brother Marlon Jackson was choked up a bit at first, trying to find the exact words to describe his memories when it was his turn to speak, and he spoke of MJ of their fond shared moments when growing up together (they were pretty close) and he recalled this one particular event when MJ went into a record store disguised as an older man wearing crumpled shirt and buck-crooked teeth with afro look, helping himself a whole load of CDs, so Marlon went up behind this man and said, "Micheal what are you doing in this store?" MJ turned around, a shock plastered on his face, asked back, "Marlon how did you know it was me?" Marlon gave a laugh and playfully replied, "You're my brother. I can spot you anywhere regardless of your makeup. I know your walk, your body language and those shoes did not help either". (this is bcoz according to Marlon, MJ always wore the same shoes wherever he went) 

Okayy all those words of a brotherly love made me swelled up with emotions but one thing really set me off was when Marlon said, "We would never understand what he endured, not being able to cross the road without a crowd gathering around him, being judged and ridiculed, how much pain can one take?" Marlon went on by saying this sad but true emotion, " Maybe now Micheal, they will leave you alone." at this sentence, i seriously cried because it was so sad... T_T  (Im a big fan okay?!)

i dunno if its my hormones or just being a girl or whatsoever....but im gonna dish you on something that u dunno about me. heres the thing..... >> i cry. not just the usual falling down tears thingy..but more like the stream of tears not stopping thingy. haha. i cry a lot whenever i see movies which have a storyline involving sad love stories, family and tight friendships. i DO cry, seriously. hell, i even cry if i read books with that kind of stuff! hahaahaa. dunno if im such a crybaby or what but i think im an emo girl when it comes to this. i tend to feel the characters' personalities in the movies and relate myself to them. ahh i dunno. i guess words and actions just give me that waves of empathy easily u know. guess what? i cry during Armageddon, i cry during The Notebook, i even cry during Pearl Harbor! how pathetic is that? hahahaaha. well, words get me too you know. i was crying here and there when i was reading PS I Love You! yeahh....what to do. im such a pathetic emotional crybaby girl. XD

so friends, please note this so that the next time we are seeing some old sad romance movies dun be surprise if im not whispering anythings to you...or paying attention to you. lalalaa ~
